Instructions for Use

1. Hot Infusion: Place 1-2 tea bags in a ceramic cup and pour in approximately 300ml of boiling water (100°C).

2. Steeping: Cover and steep for approximately 5-7 minutes.

3. Stirring: Gently stir with chopsticks after removing the lid to release the ingredients.

4. Consumption Effect: Drink warm with meals (during or after meals). Regular consumption for long-term health benefits.
