Brewing Instructions

Hot Tea:

1. Bring 250ml of fresh water to a rolling boil
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried hibiscus calyces
3. Steep for 5-7 minutes
4. Strain and serve
5. Add honey, lemon, or sweetener to taste

Iced Tea:

1. Follow hot tea instructions using half the water
2. Allow to cool, then pour over ice
3. Add cold water to desired strength
4. Garnish with fresh mint or citrus slices
