Hot brew: Use 300 ml of hot water at about 90°C to brew the tea bag for about 3-5 minutes before drinking.

Cold brew: Place the tea bag in the bottle, add 500 ml of room temperature water, shake the container gently to allow the tea to fully absorb the water, refrigerate for about 6-8 hours before drinking.
